The Guardian Foundation Limited is affiliated with Guardian Youth Care (GYC) whom provides "Out of Home Care" placements to Children and Young People who are in the care of the New South Wales Department of Community Services (DoCS).

These Young People are considered to have extremely high and complex needs and for this reason it is essential for us to be cautious in regards to what products we use whilst these children and young persons are in our care. It is an absolute priority to safeguard both staff and the young people in our care.

We were told of Noble Earth Technologies and asked them to visit our offices. We were really impressed with what we saw. The three products that caught our attention were the Vision Clear product, the Invisible Surface Guard and their Anti Slip product.

We operate under very strict policies, procedures and various Government compliances. We used the Vision Clear on all the glass panels including the bathroom screens and tiles. It had the immediate impact of reducing staff cleaning times, improved hygiene, and best of all, it resulted in a huge reduction of chemical use and cost.

We then had all our higher risk areas in and around the homes treated with the Anti Slip treatment. To my delight, it was not just another coating technology. In the past I have found that these types of coating applications are prone to wearing and become unsightly, proving to be a waste of time and money. The Noble Earth Anti Slip product on the other hand etches the top of the surface and lasts for years with minimal visual change.

After applying the Anti Slip product we then had the people from Noble Earth Technologies apply their Invisible Surface Guard on several out door areas, especially around the barbecues and paths areas.

The overall effect is safety, hygiene, reduced labour, a huge reduction in onsite chemicals and much happier staff. Then there is the enormous savings on costs and a reduction in the use of chemicals whose environmental impact Governments are always urging us to consider.
