My wife and I have a home in Balmoral, after several years of living here we found it increasingly difficult to keep our long sloping drive in good order. The driveway consists of a river pebbles and concrete mixture, several times over the years I had the gardeners or other handyman types to gurney the drive; with little long term succuss. I was referred to Noble Earth technologies through a friend, they told me off there new invisible surface guard and it long term benefits. I was very sceptical at first and asked to see a trial area done, the people were more than happy to oblige my request; which I also found refreshing.After several months of observation I was totally convinced and as agreed I called them back to do the whole driveway. The driveway was at the point where both my wife and I were concerned about our children slipping and scratching themselves and there friends when outside playing, also our cars were having trouble holding to the surface, not to mention it was very unsightly and blackish.
The people from noble Earth technologies first gurneyed the driveway then applied a white application that soaked into the surface and simply disappeared, it seems remarkable but it is invisible and even touching the surface you cannot see any change; it has been on now for over a year now and I am very happy to admit it still looks like the driveway was freshly poured.
The sales man explained that it will also reduce surface cracking as it acts as a bonding agent also since this treatment there are no oil spots and no fungus build up, which of course is an issue with not only my children's safety, but also that of their friends.
Being involved with property it is about maintaining and appearances for the real estate side of things and having your home or other properties kept in top order is in my opinion the smart thing to do, as it retains your property values.
