I am happy to put in words my satisfaction, of the chefs gel pal that I have been using now for over 6 months. As a chef with over 15 years in the trade it is a delight to use and it is a blessing to give it to the young apprentices knowing they will be safe using this product. it is cheap and easy to use, it is as simple as cooling the stoves and ovens down , then applying in its gel form, you then can get on with other jobs ,leave it for 15-20 minutes then simply wash of. It is Safe to pour down the sink. It is also safe for the young ones to use. Peace of mind is important to me when you have done 250 lunches or dinners in a hectic environment.
